Your Privacy Options
📤 Export Your Data
Download a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including your profile, estimates, and activity history. Exported as a JSON file.
In-app: Profile → Export My Data🗑️ Delete Your Account
Close your account and request deletion of your personal data. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes (e.g. transaction records for 7 years).

Control which notifications you receive — new leads, messages, and account alerts. You can turn off all notifications or customise by type.
In-app: Settings → Notifications📍 Location Data
We use your approximate location (postcode/region) to show relevant local tradespeople and leads. You can deny or revoke location access at any time from your device settings without losing access to the app.
Device: Settings → GlossyQuote → Location✏️ Correct Your Data
Update your name, email, phone number, or other profile details directly within the app, or contact us and we will correct any inaccurate information.

You have the right to object to certain types of data processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Our mobile app does not use cookies. Our website (glossyquote.com) only uses essential cookies required for basic functionality such as navigation. We do not currently use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.
